In the dying moments, pure elation erupted for Chelsea and interim manager Calum McFarlane as Enzo Fernández stabbed home a dramatic equaliser. The goal left Pep Guardiola in a state of despair and gifted the stand-in Chelsea manager a truly golden moment. On paper, Guardiola versus McFarlane could be billed as the Premier League's greatest managerial mismatch, making the recollection of Fernández's crucial intervention one to warm the 40-year-old for years to come.

A Stark Contrast in Experience

On the home bench was the most decorated manager of his time, a man with 40 trophies for elite clubs Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Manchester City, taking charge of his 1,012th match.
